For a current member of your team to have their name appear differently on his or her badge, send a ticket in the help section of HAL. To exchange a badge for a new teammate, the departing teammate must first complete an outboarding then your CEO can schedule a new onboarding in HAL. Change of desk must be scheduled 1-2months in advance.
