An issue can occur when printing. Document are in cue but nothing happen when badge at printers.
First relaunch Ysoft safeQ client driver soft. It is display in the icon bar.
Now remove your documents from printing cue and re-print them.
If an issue still occur (erreur backend), you must reinstall Ysoft SafeQ.
You can download uninstall file here, now double click on the file (this will open a terminal window) and type your password.
Now execute the Ysoft_SafeQ_client.dmg you downloaded here.
- During the installation an error appear with "_install_printer.exe is missing" or "after_installation.exe is missing"
This error appear because you antivirus or windows defender think this files are not good for your pc. So you have to deactivate it, then download again the driver and install it.
- When you try to print your file windows ask you to save a file with the extension ".prn"
You have to search the option "print to file" in the settings and disable it ! :)
